However, we have an exclusive line of fake foliage that that is specifically designed for outdoor use and incorporates our tough UV resistance to ensure they remain faux-ever green without fear of fading or discolouring in an outdoor environment.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. will be dispatched the same day and are normally delivered the next working day, via Royal Mail or third-party courier network. However, this is not a guaranteed service.

Yes! If you would like to collect your goods from our Chelmsford warehouse, please contact us before placing your order. Our warehouse requires 24 hours’ notice before collection of your goods.

While our range of fake plants removes the need for regular maintenance, you may wish to periodically remove any dust that may accumulate on indoor plants. This can be quickly and easily done with a feather duster or microfibre cleaning cloth. A paintbrush can be used for any hard-to-reach, intricate areas.

Outdoor plants and trees are generally cleaned by natural rainfall. However, dirt and grime can be removed with a damp cloth.

Once installed, an artificial green wall requires very little maintenance; it’s just a matter of keeping your artificial plants and grasses clean and free from dust. This can be done with a soft brush or duster. Using a damp cloth will remove any stubborn dirt and grime.

Yes, absolutely! And we would encourage it, too! Combining faux greenery with real can give you the best of both worlds.

Yes. Our products are securely wrapped in protective packaging to safeguard them during transit.

To get your plants, trees and flowers looking at their best, carefully remove each item from its box and stand it upright. Re-pot your item into a planter or basket if desired. Then, carefully bend any branches outward and fluff out the leaves and foliage as necessary. Move the plant to its desired setting and step back and admire it in all its glory!

Please be aware that it is normal for a small amount of foliage to come loose during transit or while you are dressing the plant.

However, you have 30 days from delivery to report a request to reject an item as damaged for a full refund or replacement. After 30 days, you can request a repair or replacement up to 6 months after your purchase.
