These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of These Terms
2.1 These Terms apply to the sale of goods only and do not apply to services.
2.2 All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
3. Products & Descriptions
3.1 We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, images are for illustrative purposes only and colours, finishes, or proportions may vary.
3.2 Some products are fulfilled directly by trusted UK supplier partners and may arrive with supplier branding.
3.3 Certain items may be oversized, fragile, or subject to delivery restrictions, which will be stated on the product page where applicable.
4. Ordering Process
4.1 Orders are placed by completing the checkout process.
4.2 Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
4.3 Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
4.4 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch, including where pricing errors or stock issues arise. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Prices & Payment
5.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
5.2 Delivery charges are shown at checkout and calculated based on order value, item size, and fulfilment method.
5.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout.
5.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6.2 Orders may be fulfilled from our own UK stock or shipped directly from our supplier partners.
6.3 Large or oversized items may require specialist delivery, kerbside delivery, or a delivery booking.
6.4 We currently deliver to UK mainland and selected UK offshore locations. Delivery availability may vary by item and location.
6.5 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
7. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
7.1 Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
7.2 To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within this period using our contact details.
7.3 Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
7.4 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
8. Exclusions from the Right to Cancel
8.1 The right to cancel does not apply to:
Made-to-order or bespoke items
Live plants or perishable goods
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Sealed items which are unsealed after delivery (where applicable)
These exclusions are permitted under UK consumer law.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
9.1 If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
9.2 You must provide clear photographs of the item and packaging.
9.3 Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
10. Returns
10.1 All returns must be authorised before items are sent back. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
10.2 Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
10.3 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, whichever occurs first.
11. Exchanges
11.1 We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, this will be treated as a return and a new order.
11.2 Where an item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
11.3 Where an exchange is requested due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
11.4 Replacement items will be dispatched only after the returned item has been received and inspected, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Availability & Stock
12.1 Stock availability is shown as accurately as possible but is not guaranteed.
12.2 If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
13. Liability
13.1 We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
13.2 Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
13.3 We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
14. Force Majeure
14.1 We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, supplier delays, or acts of God.
15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
