Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To be eligible for a cancellation return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• The return must be approved before sending the item back

Excluded Items

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Made-to-order or bespoke items
• Live plants or perishable goods
• Items that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery

These exclusions are permitted under UK consumer law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging
• Contact us at info@artificialeden.co.uk

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Partner-fulfilled items may incur handling or restocking fees, which will be confirmed before approval

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued:

• Within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or
• Within 14 days of receiving proof of return, whichever occurs first

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

To start a return, contact us at info@artificialeden.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided after your return request has been approved.
