Orders are fulfilled either from our own UK stock or shipped directly from our trusted UK supplier partners, depending on the item purchased.
As a result, items within the same order may be delivered separately.
Dispatch Times
Dispatch times vary depending on the fulfilment method:
In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 working days
Partner-fulfilled items: dispatched within 2–14 working days
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Methods
Small and standard items are delivered via national courier services
Large or oversized items may be delivered by specialist carriers and may require:
A delivery booking
Kerbside or ground-floor delivery only
A signature on delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive large or oversized deliveries.

UK mainland (England, Scotland, and Wales)
Delivery availability depends on the item purchased.
Some large, oversized, or supplier-fulfilled items may be restricted to UK mainland delivery only. Where delivery is not available to your location, this will be stated on the product page.
Delivery to remote or offshore locations may not be available for certain items.

Standard UK Delivery
£4.99 on orders under £50
Free standard delivery on orders £50 and over
Large and Oversized Items
Some large or oversized items may incur a separate delivery charge or be excluded from free delivery. Where applicable, this will be clearly shown on the product page.

Important Notes
