Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your artificial plants or décor, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

Please contact us before returning any items so we can arrange collection or provide return instructions.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Plants must not have been displayed outdoors or modified in any way.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

For large items, please contact us to arrange return collection. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return.
