Designed and made by hand by our expert horticulturalists, the tree comes in a 150mm plastic pot, and can easily be placed into a decorative planter to suit your decor. Your goods will either be sent via Royal Mail 24 or a third-party courier network such as TNT.

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and are normally delivered the next working day. However, this is not a guaranteed service. If you require items before a certain time, please contact us to arrange this.

Large or bulk orders may need to be sent via a pallet network which is a kerbside only delivery service. Delivery can only be made if the ground is flat and level. It must be free from gravel and uneven paving. If the ground is unsuitable, pallets may be left on the roadside/kerbside, at the driver’s discretion. Please contact us for further information.

Non-mainland UK orders may take up to 3 working days for delivery.
